Ostatnio pełniła funkcje pełnomocnika dyrektora Polskiego Instytutu Sztuki Filmowej ds. badań i polityki publicznej oraz zastępcy dyrektora Muzeum Narodowego w Warszawie. Jest twórczynią i dyrektorką Festiwalu Literackiego „Warszawa Pisarzy” oraz stałego międzynarodowego programu literackiego Centrum Sztuki Współczesnej w Warszawie, współzałożycielką Zespołu Literackiego polska2000. Jest autorką projektów badawczych i redaktorką m.in. zbioru Nostalgia. Eseje o tęsknocie za komunizmem, wielojęzycznego tomu poezji City of Poets oraz studiów The Bridge Generation. Complexities, Issues and Perspectives of Youth in Poland. Należy do liderów ruchu Obywatele Kultury i inicjatywy Kultura Niepodległa. FPFF w Gdyni, nagrodą specjalną na MFF Camerimage w Łodzi, Festiwalu „Prowincjonalia” we Wrześni, Nagrodą im. Andrzeja Munka oraz Tarnowską Nagrodą Filmową. Za film Sztuczki (2007) otrzymał nagrodę za zdjęcia na 32. FPFF w Gdyni oraz na MFF Camerimage – nagrodę za najlepszy polski film 2007. Recently she worked as Representative of the Director of Polish Film Institute for Research and Public Policy and the Deputy Director of the National Museum in Warsaw. She is a creator and Director of Literary Festival Writers’ Warsaw and of the regular literary program of the Center of Contemporary Art in Warsaw; co-founder of the Literary Team polska2000. Author of research projects and the editor of, without limitation, the collection entitled Nostalgia.
